BLAGOJA MANEVSKI
Blagoja Manevski, born in Skopje, Macedonia in 1957, graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje in 1986. The winner of many awards for excellence, he has been the subject of eight solo exhibitions since 1985. Since 1986, he has participated in many group exhibitions of Macedonian artists in Yugoslavia, Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia, France, Italy, England, USA, Japan, Turkey, and Bulgaria. In 2007 he represented his country, the Republic of Macedonia, in the Venice Biennale in Italy. Manevski currently works as a professor in the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje.
SLAVCO SOKOLOVSKI
Slavco graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje, Macedonia in 1986. His artwork has been shown throughout former Yugoslavia where his work is part of public and private collections. Slav?o has also had exhibitions in Rome, Nuremberg, Dresden, Berlin, Washington, D.C. Boston, New York, London, Paris and Saint Petersburg. His work is part of more than two dozen private collections in the Boston area.
He has received numerous awards for excellence in painting as well as project grants for installation and performance projects with his wife, Nancy Adams.
