It is a single-channel screening event and platform that showcases new, creative,compeling and innovative video art from SOUTHERN EASTERN EUROPE artists who are pushing the elements of visual art to videopractice. The SEE VIDEO ART festival’s goal is to show contemporary video art from SOUTHERN EASTERN EUROPE artists, and to provide an international platform for co-operation possibilities between NEW YORK VIDEO ART SCENE and SOUTHERN EASTERN EUROPE visual artists. PARTICIPANTS of the SEE VIDEO ART Festival are emerging video artists, established visual artists, mid- careers artists, art organisations and cultural institutions who broadened their art activities to VIDEO MEDIA. The festival will include screenings, lectures, panel discussion and informal debates between participants, invited curators and general public in order to provide more info about today’s world of video art.
